GÖR EN STUDENT LYCKLIG
Enligt en studie av bostadssituationen för studerande vid Högskolan i Halmstad är bristen på studentbostäder har ökat stadigt sedan 2013, och kommer att fortsätta att öka om inget görs åt situationen. Minst 1 000 nya studentbostäder behövs för att möta den brist som finns och som kan fortsätta att öka när Högskolan får fler studenter. Det innebär att du har stora möjligheter att hyra ut ditt attefallshus till studerande samtidigt som du får lite extra intäkter. I vissa fall, till exempel om du hyr ut till två studerande samtidigt, kan du till och med tjäna in hela din investering.
